Ifeanyi Winner Okereke, Esq. is a seasoned Nigerian Legal Practitioner with extensive post-call experience in litigation, advocacy, arbitration, legal practice, and professional administration. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after obtaining his B.L. (Hons.) from the Nigerian Law School.

Mr. Okereke has built a distinguished legal career marked by substantial courtroom experience and a strong commitment to the advancement of the legal profession. He commenced and developed his professional practice under the tutelage of his former Principal, J. N. Egwuonwu, SAN, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, whose mentorship contributed significantly to his development as a lawyer and advocate.

Over the years, he has appeared before various levels of the Nigerian judicial system, including Election Petition Tribunals, High Courts, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Nigeria, handling and participating in a broad range of civil and criminal proceedings, election petitions, commercial disputes, and arbitration matters His practice has afforded him valuable exposure to complex legal issues and dispute-resolution processes both within and outside Nigeria.

Beyond courtroom advocacy, Mr. Okereke has distinguished himself through active participation in the affairs and development of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). He currently serves as the Secretary of the NBA Law Reform Committee and as a National Executive Council (NEC) Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, contributing to discussions and initiatives directed towards the improvement of the legal profession and the administration of justice.

He is also a member of the Annual General Conference Planning Committee (AGC-PC) 2026, where he contributes to the planning and coordination of one of the Nigerian Bar Association's foremost professional gatherings. His active engagement in Bar affairs reflects his deep commitment to the growth, unity, welfare, and institutional development of the Nigerian legal profession.

A committed member of the Bar, Mr. Okereke is passionate about professional excellence, advocacy, justice, legal reform, and the continuous development of young and emerging members of the profession. He is particularly recognised for his dedication to the ideals and traditions of the Nigerian Bar and for his sustained involvement in professional activities beyond conventional legal practice.

He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch, and is also an Arbitrator, with professional interests extending to alternative dispute resolution and the effective resolution of commercial and other disputes.

Mr. Okereke has participated in numerous local and international legal conferences, seminars, professional trainings, and continuing legal education programmes, broadening his exposure to contemporary developments in law, advocacy, arbitration, legal practice, and professional regulation.
