Mr. Ebenezer Idoko Ise is a technology and digital transformation professional with over a decade of experience spanning ICT management, systems implementation, cybersecurity, business process automation, and technology-driven innovation.
He currently serves as Executive Director, ICT & Digital Transformation, where he leads the Group's technology strategy and digital transformation agenda. His responsibilities include driving technology adoption, strengthening digital infrastructure, integrating business systems, improving information management, and developing technology-enabled processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
Ebenezer's professional journey has been shaped by a strong passion for using technology to solve practical business problems. His experience cuts across IT management, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, enterprise systems, data analytics, software development, infrastructure, and digital business solutions. He has led and implemented technology initiatives designed to streamline operations, improve accountability, automate repetitive processes, and provide management with better access to information for decision-making.
Education
Ebenezer holds a B.Tech in Computer Science (Cyber Security Science), graduating with Second Class Upper Division. He also holds an HND and ND in Computer Science.

Professional Experience
Before his current executive role, Ebenezer built his career through progressive responsibilities in IT management, technical support, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, digital transformation, and software development.
He has worked extensively with technologies and platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, Odoo ERP, Splunk, Laravel, React, React Native, Next.js, and other modern digital technologies.
As an IT leader, he has been involved in deploying enterprise systems, improving organizational workflows, implementing smart attendance and workforce-monitoring solutions, developing business applications, supporting ERP environments, strengthening cybersecurity capabilities, and using data and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Today, he brings this combination of technical expertise, business understanding, leadership, and innovation to his role as Executive Director, ICT & Digital Transformation, with a focus on building scalable digital systems that position the Group for sustainable growth.
